Candor Industrial Supply, Inc was founded by Justin and Christy Alfrey in 2019 when they felt industrial supply distribution was growing rapidly in technology and automation but losing that vital element of personal connection and service at the same time. Our mission is to give our customers the best of both worlds - to perform with the same agility, product depth, and service offering of our larger competitors, while providing customers with the personal touch, flexibility, and reliability of working with a small business.

We first opened our doors in Bloomington, California in January of 2019 with a product offering that included Fasteners, Safety & PPE, Hand Tools, Power Tools, Cutting Tools, Abrasives and more. After about six months of getting our feet underneath us in Bloomington, we relocated and established our corporate office and warehouse in Ontario, California, and stayed there until relocating to Upland, California in June of 2024. In the meantime, we also expanded with a second branch office and warehouse in Tempe, Arizona in 2020, a third branch office and warehouse in Coppell, Texas in 2023, and two acquisitions.

Candor Industrial Supply, Inc. has achieved some of its growth through various acquisitions, including Moorefield Systems on February 1, 2022 - a small but reputable industrial distributor focused primarily on metalworking tooling and machinery - as well as So Cal Bolt & Supply on April 3, 2024 and Connor Fastener on June 27, 2024 - both fantastic small but reputable industrial distributors with a primary focus on fasteners. These companies all came with a rich decades-long legacy of supplying a wide variety of fasteners, metalworking machinery and equipment - from a simple hex bolt to concrete anchor bolts to ironworker machines - to customers in the steel fabrication, fleet maintenance, MRO and construction industries and beyond.

We are incredibly grateful to Bruce Moorefield (of Moorfield Systems) and Jeff Olsavsky (of So Cal Bolt & Supply) and Michael Connor (of Connor Fastener) and their families for many years of service to industrial customers in the Southern California and Mid-Georgia markets, and hope to build on the legacy and successes that they developed and nurtured throughout that time.
