Candor Industrial Supply, Inc was founded by Justin and Christy Alfrey when they noticed that industrial supply distribution technologies had been growing rapidly, but even with all the advancements, many customers were feeling a disconnect in service levels at the same time. Our mission is to provide our customers the best of both worlds - to perform with the same agility, product depth, and service offering of our larger competitors, while providing customers with the personal touch, flexibility, and reliability of working with a small business.

We first opened our doors in Bloomington, California in January of 2019, and shortly thereafter relocated and established our corporate office and warehouse in Ontario, California. In July of 2024, we relocated to our new and current home in Upland, California with a greatly expanded inventory of fasteners, tools, safety supplies, and more. In the meantime, we had also expanded with a second branch office and warehouse in Tempe, Arizona in January of 2020, a third branch office and warehouse in Coppell, Texas in August 2023.

Candor Industrial Supply, Inc. has achieved some of its growth through various acquisitions, including Moorefield Systems on February 1, 2022 - a small but reputable distributor of metalworking tooling and machinery - along with So Cal Bolt & Supply (April 3, 2024) and Connor Fastener (June 27, 2024) - both small but reputable industrial supply distributors. These companies all came with rich decades-long legacies of supplying a wide variety of fasteners, tools, abrasives, and more - from a simple hex bolt to concrete anchor bolts to ironworker machines - to customers in the steel fabrication, fleet maintenance, MRO, and construction industries, and beyond.

We are incredibly grateful to Bruce Moorefield (of Moorfield Systems), Jeff Olsavsky (of So Cal Bolt & Supply), and Michael Connor (of Connor Fastener) and their families for their many years of service to industrial customers in the Southern California and Mid-Georgia markets, and for entrusting us to build on the legacies and successes that they created.
