Candor Industrial Supply, Inc was founded by Justin and Christy Alfrey in 2019 when they felt the industrial supply distribution industry was growing rapidly in technology and automation, but losing that vital element of personal connection and service. Our mission is to give our customers the best of both worlds - to perform with the same agility, product depth, and service offering of our larger competitors, while providing customers with the reliability, flexibility, and personal touch of working with a small business.

We first opened our doors in Bloomington, California in January of 2019. After about six months of getting our feet underneath us in Bloomington, we relocated and established our corporate office and warehouse in Ontario, California. We then expanded with a second branch office and warehouse in Tempe, Arizona in 2020, and a third branch office and warehouse in Coppell, Texas in 2023.

On February 1, 2022, Candor Industrial Supply, Inc closed its first acquisition in acquiring Moorefield Systems - a small but reputable industrial distributor focused primarily on metalworking tooling and machinery. Through this acquisition we were able to add premium metalworking brands like Hougen Manufacturing, Roentgen, Scotchman and others to our growing product offering which already included Fasteners, Safety & PPE, Hand Tools, Power Tools, Abrasives and more.

On April 3, 2024, Candor Industrial Supply, Inc closed its second acquisition in acquiring So Cal Bolt & Supply - another small but reputable industrial distributor, with a primary focus on fasteners. So Cal Bolt, based in Upland California, has a rich decades long history of serving customers in the automotive, fleet maintenance, MRO and construction world with every fastener they need from a simple set screw to auto body clips to large bolts.

We set ourselves apart with intuitive VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) automated inventory maintenance services, Local Delivery & Remote Drop-Shipping including Expedited Freight Options, Tool Repair, and Sourcing services, with a product line that includes Fasteners, Safety & PPE, Hand Tools, Power Tools, Abrasives and more. We are your full-line industrial supplies distributor where our customers' targets, goals, profitability and success come first.
